Article 1 – Who we are
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Pokertafelshop.nl.

Article 2 – Applicability
These terms apply to every offer made by Pokertafelshop.nl and to every agreement concluded through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Deviations only apply if we have agreed them with you in writing.

Article 3 – Offer and prices
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed in our shipping policy and are shown at checkout. We do our best to present product information, photos and dimensions as accurately as possible. Minor colour differences, for example caused by your screen, do not entitle you to cancel the agreement. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us.

Article 4 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded once you have placed and paid for your order and have received an order confirmation from us by email. We may refuse or cancel an order for a valid reason, for example an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. In that case, we will refund any amount paid immediately.

Article 5 – Payment
You pay when placing your order, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout, such as iDEAL or credit card.

Article 6 – Delivery
After you place your order, we will contact you within 2 days to schedule delivery. Delivery takes place within two weeks, unless a different delivery time is stated for the product. Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium is free. For other countries, the costs in our shipping policy apply. You can also collect your order free of charge in Olst (the Netherlands), by appointment. Please make sure the table fits through your door and stairway; poker tables are large pieces of furniture. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered to you.

Article 7 – Pre-orders
For products offered as a pre-order, the expected delivery period is shown on the product page. When you place a pre-order, you pay immediately and we deliver as soon as the product is in stock. If we cannot deliver within the stated period, we will let you know. You may then cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.

Article 8 – Cooling-off period and right of withdrawal
You have a 30-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. This is longer than the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Within this period, you may cancel the agreement without giving a reason.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us first at marijn@pokertafelshop.nl. During the cooling-off period, you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Then return it undamaged and in its original packaging to: Pokertafelshop.nl, Jodenbreestraat 25, 1011 NH Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged or we delivered the wrong product. If the value of the product has decreased due to your use, we may deduct this.
We will refund the purchase price, including any standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after you notify us of the return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product. The refund is made using the same payment method you used.

Article 9 – Warranty
All poker tables come with a 2-year warranty. In addition, you always retain your statutory rights: a product must perform as you may reasonably expect. If a defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, careless maintenance or normal wear and tear.

Article 10 – Complaints
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If something is wrong, report it as soon as possible to marijn@pokertafelshop.nl, preferably with photos. We will respond within 14 days and work with you to find a solution.

Article 11 – Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage. This limitation does not apply if the damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on our part, and never affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Article 12 – Intellectual property
All texts, photos and other content on this website are the property of Pokertafelshop.nl or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Article 14 – Changes
We may amend these terms. Your order is governed by the terms that applied at the time you placed it.

Article 15 – Applicable law and disputes
All agreements with Pokertafelshop.nl are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer, you retain the protection of the law of the country where you live, if that is more favourable to you. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, it will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands or, if you are a consumer, in your place of residence.
